Date/Time Location Course facilitator
18 Jan 2019 7:30 PM - 9:45 PM The Mohair Centre

Our meeting on Friday 18th January will be at the Mohair Centre and will start at 7.30 with the opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit before our speaker starts their talk at 8.00.

Our speaker is Aubrey Holt, Chair of the Ashdown Forest Poultry Association. Aubrey is a very experienced poultry keeper and the Association holds shows where members can show their birds and eggs. This talk will be of interest If you keep poultry (especially chickens).

You will be able to browse and select books, videos, DVDs etc to borrow. Please put 50p per item borrowed in the pink pig and write the date, your name and the book reference number in the log book. When returning items, please ensure that you strike out your details in the log book which helps Jenny to keep tabs on everything. The money goes towards the purchase of new books.

As usual if you have anything for sale, please bring them along and put them on the table by the entrance door.

if the room has not already been set out for us, it would be helpful if those who are able could assist in bringing in and returning the chairs from the storage cupboard that is in the open area at the front of the building.

Lastly, on arrival please make sure that you are signed in by Roy as it is important we know who is present in the event of an emergency.

Also lastly, please ignore the following note about payment – Friday monthly meetings are entirely free at the moment!
