The committee has had to make the sad decision that due to the current situation with Corona virus and the restrictions that entails, that the planned AGM and social evening is not possible this year. Therefore, this year’s AGM will be held online, via Zoom (which will be an exciting first for the group).
We absolutely need you to attend this online meeting, to vote in your new committee for 2020-2021.
(There are big changes coming and we want you to be part of it from the beginning.)
This has been a challenging year for everyone, and here at the SFTG we have also faced many interesting challenges. However, we feel confident that with some changes, the group can adapt and we will come out of this stronger, with clear aims and objectives for the year ahead.
We will send you the relevant link to join the Zoom meeting via email prior to the meeting.
The AGM is planned to take no more than 45 minutes, but it really is crucial we have as many of our members present as possible
All members should receive an invitation and agenda either by post or email.
