How to roast beans for the perfect cup of coffee – and save yourself money in the process.
In the spirit of DIY you’ll get a chance to roast your own Arabica coffee using a converted popcorn maker and take the coffee back home with you. You will get background information on coffee growing and harvesting and some insights into the roasting of coffee. You’ll then be shown how to roast coffee to a particular profile before doing it yourself.
You will then get a chance to sample different coffee varieties and experience an introduction to barista techniques including the basics of latte art.
