Charlie Mason of the Humane Slaughter Association provides an informative two hour lecture covering home and emergency slaughter of red meat animals.
Charlie will discuss the appropriate and humane methods for killing for your own consumption or emergency dispatching of sick and injured animals. The lecture will include the use of firearms and legalities surrounding them.
This should be a very informative afternoon and essential for any livestock keeper.
