January 2016 Meeting – Crop Circles, Andy Thomas

Date/Time Location Course facilitator
15 Jan 2016 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM The Mohair Centre

I hope that you have all had a good Christmas and are looking forward to the New Year.

The first meeting of the year is on Friday 15th January starting at 7.30 at the Mohair Centre and I hope that many of you will be able. As usual tea, coffee and biscuits will be available before the meeting starts.

We start the year with Andy Thomas talking about the mystery of crop circles. Andy explores the extraordinary phenomenon of crop circles, the intricate shapes which appear in fields around the world each year and still defy total explanation. Andy’s presentation reveals the history of the mysterious patterns up to the present and explores both the amazing designs and the many varied and imaginative theories put forward to explain them over the years.

Jenny will bring along the library for you to have a browse and select books, videos etc to borrow.

As usual if you have any produce or items for sale, please bring them along and put them on the table outside the door.

On arrival, please sign yourselves in on the clipboard just inside the door. Not only is this important in case of an emergency but also helps us to see how many members have attended the meeting.
