A hands-on session to show how to locate tunnels and set traps
Sunday 20 June 2021,  9:30 to 12 noon

Can’t make this date? Event sold out? Please email our training organiser so that another date can be laid on to meet demand.

The object of this workshop is to teach you how to locate mole runs and set scissor traps.
Many of us have persistent mole problems and the fees for professional mole catchers soon mount up.
Cliff, who will be running this session, was taught how to catch moles by a pest controller who owed him a favour. That was 10 years ago and Cliff has been catching up to 6 moles a year on his land since then.

You will need to bring a pair of gloves and a garden trowel or small spade.

We don’t expect to be lucky enough actually to catch moles during the morning so Cliff will monitor the traps over the next day or so to see which is the first to get lucky. The person who set that trap will be sent a small prize.
