Participate in making a simple wine such as “canned apricots”, going through the various steps and culminating in a tasting / evaluation session for a “canned fruit” wine bottled in the Spring.
Each delegate will go away with the instructions and the basic materials (such as a demi john, airlock, hose, a packet of yeast, some steriliser, some pectic enzyme) to get you going at home.
