A Practical day coppicing woodlands. Hot lunch and refreshments provided and included in the course fee. Please notify Michelle Snelling ( SFTG GTO) any vegetarian requirements at the time of booking. Tools required: Bill Hooks, hand saws, silkies or bow saws. ( Those persons wishing to bring and use their own chainsaws must produce relevant certification) Clothing: Gloves, Boots waterproofs and warm clothing. Parking will be inside the gate or roadside. Entrance to woodland is approx 100 metres from the level crossing, signs will be out to guide you.
