What do you want to learn about next?

Most of our workshops are for members only, so if  you want to book a ticket you need to be logged in if you are a member and if you are not a member you need to join (click on the Membership tab at the top of the page – Membership is only £20 for everyone at your address). We run a huge range of courses, from cider making to no-dig gardening, from keeping chickens to making peg loom mats.  All of our courses and workshops focus on countryside skills and crafts needed to run your own smallholding.  Our workshops are run by all sorts of people, from external tutors who run local businesses, to experts within our own group, or “meet the member” (MTM) events run by members who are just happy to share their experiences but do not claim to be experts .  We try to keep the group sizes small, and the venues local.
