Date/Time Location Course facilitator
17 May 2019 7:30 PM - 9:45 PM The Mohair Centre

Our meeting this month will be on Friday 17th May at the Mohair Centre and will start at 7.30 with an opportunity to have a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit before our speaker starts their talk at 8.00.

This month Paul Lovatt Smith will be talking about some research he has carried out on his own smallholding.  He produces meat, vegetable and cereals and has calculated what he ought to do differently if he had to feed more people.

Our library boxes will be available for you to browse and select books, videos, DVDs etc to borrow. Please put 50p in the pink pig and write your name and book reference number in the log book. When returning items, please ensure you strike out your details in the log book, this helps Jenny to keep tabs on everything, The money goes towards the purchase of new books.

As usual, if you have any items for sale (meat, eggs, plants, cakes, jam, pickles etc) please bring them along and put them on the table inside the entrance door,

If the room has not already been set out for us, it would be very helpful if those who are able could assist in bringing in and returning chairs from the storage cupboard that is in the open area at the front of the building.

Lastly, on arrival please make sure that you are signed in by Roy as it is important we know who is present in the event of an emergency.
