Following the success of last month’s walks around Jenny Cloke’s farm, we are delighted to announce that Edwina Moore has offered to host a  couple of similar afternoons for our members with the second on Saturday 26th September, from 2:30pm – 4pm.

Edwina has been keeping chickens for over 30 years, and as many of you will know, she’s always happy to help and advise. So, if you keep chickens, or are thinking about keeping chickens – or just fancy a chat about them over a cuppa and slice of cake, this is the event for you.

As you’ll probably be aware, we’ve not been able to run many events this year due to the COVID situation. We’re hoping to get more events organised before long, but for now we’re aiming to keep things small scale. As with the recent sheep farm walk, we’re therefore limiting this to a maximum of 5 members – so do book early.

One last point to note: It would make Edwina’s life much simpler (and save on washing up!) if you could bring your own cup with you when you come – that way, if you have a second cup, you’ll know which cup was yours! Thank you!
