If you have ever wondered how easy it is to brew beer at home, and whether you can produce ale or lager that rivals a pint from the local ( very easy and yes you can) then this introduction will provide the answers. We’ll discuss starter kits through to mashing, the common pitfalls and what you need to get started. You can see and handle the ingredients and during the day we will complete a full mash ale brew – the results of which will be available for you to enjoy a few weeks later ( Some beer will be available to taste but in very small quantities which will leave you well below the drink-drive limit)
