Our first ever Zoom based training course! As this is a theory based course, it translates quite well into a classroom based Zoom session. We will be viewing some information via screen sharing with Jenny, so ideally, try and watch on a PC monitor rather than just a phone screen which may be too small.
This is a theory based session lead by Jenny Cloke, who has kept sheep and bred lambs for several decades. Jenny has her own flock of sheep on 45 acres at Hellingly and successfully lambs every spring. Over coffee and cake you will be prepare for lambing with confidence. Learn the basics from a tutor with 20 years’ experience of lambing and how you can adapt her methods to your own situations. Lambing is very rewarding when things are going well, and although there will always be some losses, you can increase the chance of success if you know what to do. In this theory course we will cover many of the common lambing problems and how to deal with them. There will also then be a question and answer session at the end of the event – do feel free to brew yourself a coffee and munch on some cake whilst we join Jenny in our first ever Zoom training workshop.
