Pre-booking is essential
Courses and other events are listed here. Ticket prices and an online booking form is included in the event's details page with payments by PayPal or Credit Card and immediate confirmation of your purchase. SFTG members should log in (bottom left of any page) with their SFTG username and password before making an online booking in order to be able to get the discounted rate on the course fee. On receipt of payment, your booking will be treated as a firm booking. Confirmation details and maps, where needed will be sent to you approximately two weeks before the course.
A postal booking form is available here to download and post with payment by cheque or BACS. Please email the Group Training Officer, Andrew Richards at email@example.com if you are going to do this and ask for tickets to be reserved.
Should you have to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible. Members should make cancellations here. Non members should cancel by email to the Group Training Officer, Andrew Richards at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations made less than seven days before the event will be charged at 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made on the day, or failure to attend will incur a charge of 100% of the course fee. These charges have to be made to cover our costs.
