This is bread making with a difference….no boring and exhausting kneading! Our lovely member, Graham, uses a method that makes delicious bread and focaccia (to mention just two breads). It’s in his house so the class will be delightfully small and you’ll have lots of individual help.
They are providing all the ingredients and equipment. This will include a proving basket, mixing bowls with shower caps, flour yeast etc.
No need to bring a packed lunch, Graham and Hedge will provide a light lunch of soup with a home made bread. Start at 10.30 prompt and it will take 4 to 5 hours.
You’ll make a Focaccia and an Everyday Loaf to take away along with the mixing bowls, caps, and proving basket and enough knowledge to develop your skill from then on
